Shipping

We ship daily Monday – Friday.  Depending upon where you live you can get your ovens within approx 2-10 days. We have discounted freight rates that we pass on to you and you can obtain this in your shopping cart at check out. Our ovens are shipped in a secure custom wooden crate which sit on a pallet, making them easy to move with a pallet jack. Our traditional oven crates measure approx 100cm x 100cm x 100cm. There is NO assembly required with our ovens- just a simple curing process and you’re ready to go! Authentic Pizza Ovens are manufactured with steel eyelets in each corner which allow for easy hoisting. Once in place the eyelets can be cut off.

If able, we will provide recommendations for installation but we only ship to curbside or driveway. We use various freight trucking companies with a lift gate and will provide you with these details after purchase. Someone will need to be home to receive the shipment. Extra fees may apply depending upon your delivery set up.

When we ship the oven from our Sydney depot, we will send you all the tracking information as well as care and installation instructions. We do our very best to give you accurate shipping information, but please note that all delivery times are estimated.

Authentic Pizza Ovens is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, holiday-related delays and any other unforeseen factors. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
