After a considerable amount of research, travel, and product testing we found oven artisans and what we believe to be some of the world's most beautiful and authentic wood-fired pizza ovens.  We work closely with our oven works facility in Portugal and bring to Australia only ovens that we are proud of. Each oven is intricately handcrafted with only the highest quality materials. Our ovens are triple insulated with a patent material and are built one piece and not pre-fabricated kits so there is no assembly needed. This is old world, traditional cooking at its finest.
