Australia-Wide Pizza Oven Shipping
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday from our Sydney fulfilment location and arrange delivery across Australia. Freight costs depend on the product, order size and delivery location, and are calculated at checkout or confirmed as part of your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within approximately 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier availability.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, public holidays, regional freight schedules or other circumstances outside our control.
How Your Oven Is Delivered
Traditional pizza ovens are transported securely in a protective wooden crate on a pallet. Crate sizes and total shipment weights vary by oven model.
Modern and portable ovens may be packaged differently depending on the product ordered.
Freight delivery is generally made to the kerbside or driveway. The carrier is not responsible for moving the oven into its final position or completing installation.
Receiving Your Delivery
Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the shipment.
Before delivery, please make sure:
- The truck can safely access the property.
- There is enough room for the pallet or crate to be unloaded.
- You have suitable equipment and assistance to move the oven after delivery.
- Any difficult access conditions have been discussed with us in advance.
Additional carrier charges may apply where there is restricted access, redelivery, waiting time or a delivery requirement that was not disclosed when the order was placed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide the available tracking and carrier information.
Freight carriers may contact you directly to arrange or confirm delivery. Please ensure the telephone number and delivery details supplied with your order are correct.
Sydney Pickup
Pickup may be available from our Sydney location by prior arrangement.
Please contact us before travelling so we can confirm that your order is ready and provide the collection instructions. Suitable transport, securing equipment and loading arrangements may be required depending on the oven.
Installation and Setup
We can provide general installation guidance and may be able to recommend suitable installers in your area.
Installation is not included with standard freight delivery. Traditional ovens require curing before normal cooking, and some stands, accessories or components may require setup or assembly.
Delivery Delays
Authentic Pizza Ovens Australia is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, public holidays, road closures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will, however, assist with tracking and carrier communication where possible.
